The six totems of “Now we have the Salad“ are imaginary figures that impersonate characteristics of the Swiss chalet. The building fragments are fabricated from images generated with AI – artificial intelligence – based on the general understanding of the building typology available on the internet. Through the materialization of fictitious architectural details, the series questions today's global understanding of Swissness in architecture.
